TrendHR is partnering with a growing regional contractor to hire a Project Manager focused on small box retail and retail remodel projects nationwide.

This is a rare setup. You’ll run projects end-to-end without living on the road. Minimal travel, strong pipeline, and real ownership.

What You’ll Do

Project Planning & Execution

• Manage projects from kickoff through closeout
• Build schedules, budgets, and execution plans
• Coordinate with superintendents, subs, and vendors
• Keep projects on time and on budget

Subcontractor & Vendor Management

• Issue and manage subcontracts and POs
• Track progress and resolve issues
• Review invoices, change orders, and costs

Scheduling, Cost & Logistics

• Monitor timelines and adjust as needed
• Track budgets, forecasts, and job costs
• Coordinate materials and deliveries

Communication & Reporting

• Serve as main point of contact for clients
• Provide updates, reports, and documentation
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project flow

Quality & Closeout

• Ensure work meets standards
• Coordinate inspections and punch lists
• Manage closeout and final documentation

What You Bring

• 2–5+ years of project management experience
• Commercial construction background (retail is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with construction/project software preferred
• Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
